Job Requirements

  • Current food handler's card or ability to obtain one before start date
  • Experience preferred but not required

  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Ensure each dining area is set with silverware, glassware, condiments, and table settings before guest arrival
  • Support servers by clearing dirty dishes, resetting tables, and refilling guest water or drinks
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
  • Communicate effectively between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Assist with food running, guest requests, and overall table maintenance
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Help maintain a polished and welcoming environment throughout each shift
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by leadership
