Job Duties
- Ensure each dining area is set with silverware, glassware, condiments, and table settings before guest arrival
- Support servers by clearing dirty dishes, resetting tables, and refilling guest water or drinks
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
- Communicate effectively between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Assist with food running, guest requests, and overall table maintenance
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Help maintain a polished and welcoming environment throughout each shift
- Perform additional tasks as requested by leadership
