Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience as a janitor busser
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds
ability to follow detailed uniform and grooming standards
must complete all required training and certifications
ability to understand and apply cleaning and sanitation policies
effective communication skills in English

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a janitor busser
ability to communicate in English
ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
ability to deal with standardized situations
must attend and successfully complete training programs and certifications
knowledge of food and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

Adhering to uniform standards
adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
ability to work as a team
train using tablets or computer
ability to work in a fast paced environment
any other duty responsibility that management may deem necessary
