- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
- basic understanding of hygiene and food safety

Job Duties
- Support the wait staff
- prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- clear plates, glasses and silverware
- refill waters
- clean and reset tables
- perform side work and station setup
- sweep, mop, and maintain general dining room and facility cleanliness.
