Job Requirements
- Score of 90 percent or better on all health department inspections
- Score of 90 percent or better on all mystery shopper reports
- Follow all dress code requirements for Bus/Main operation
- Blue jeans
- WS T-shirt or chef shirt
- WS Hat
- Black non skid shoes
- No visible tattoos
- No outward piercings, clear balls OK
- All routine work documented in operational manual
- Work performed according to company policies and standards
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
- Provide staff assistance and cover other areas as requested
- Respect coworkers' name, space and need for concentration
- Attend quarterly meetings and yearly evaluations
- Recommend ideas for improvement
- Ability to stand and walk for 4 to 10 hours per day
- Ability to lift and carry weights between 10 and 100 pounds
- Ability to push, pull and maneuver weights between 10 and 150 pounds
- Must wear hair above collar length
- Ability to work in moderate temperature and noise environments
- Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify and respond to hazards
- Must have corrected vision and hearing
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old for Busser position and 18 years old for Maintenance position
- Ability to work AM/PM shifts and flexible hours as specified by management
- Must speak, understand, read and write in English
- Must have a friendly and upbeat personality and good personal hygiene
- Ability to answer telephone or intercom promptly and courteously
- Ability to stock and maintain inventory of food and beverage items
- Ability to complete assigned paperwork accurately
- Ability to maintain a clean and neat work area
- Ability to follow all company dress code requirements for Bus/Main operation
- Ability to train new personnel and adhere to operational standards
Job Duties
- Bring restaurant issues to FOH manager to take to weekly meetings
- Meet or exceed Water Street Way standards for cleanliness, product quality and guest satisfaction
- Implement all systems and forms for Bus/Main operation
- Assist in the training of all new Bus/Main personnel as a certified trainer
- Adhere to all the policy and procedures of Water Street
- Clear tables of dishes and silverware
- Reset table for next customers
