- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to perform busser duties such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- reliable transportation to and from work

- clear and reset tables promptly to maintain flow
- assist servers and kitchen staff as needed
- monitor dining room for guest needs and address them proactively
- maintain organized work area and supplies
- support team members with a collaborative mindset
- adhere to health and safety standards
