Job Requirements

  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus but not required
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail
  • willingness to learn and uphold safety standards

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and bussing stations
  • assist servers by clearing and resetting tables promptly
  • ensure dining room is safe, inviting, and well-maintained
  • follow all safety and sanitation protocols meticulously
  • support servers in providing excellent guest service
  • restock supplies and utensils as needed
  • communicate effectively with team members to enhance overall efficiency
