Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to provide a friendly and hospitable demeanor
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Capable of standing and moving for extended periods
Must comply with health and safety regulations
Ability to handle guest interactions professionally
Must be able to work in a high-volume restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling reservations and waitlist
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Duties

Provide a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor and escorting guests to tables
Take reservations and maintain a waitlist when necessary
Support Front of House service team in delivering excellent customer service
Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain cleanliness and dining flow
Assist in maintaining dining area cleanliness and organization
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to enhance service
Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues courteously
