Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment advantageous

Job Duties
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- Follows Miller’s Ale House policies including time recording requirements
- Interacts with guests to provide highest level of customer service
- Works directly with team members to fulfill guests’ needs and requests promptly
- Assists host/hostess with greeting and seating guests
- Assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- Assists with providing guests with non-alcoholic drink refills
- Runs food to and from guests ensuring proper food handling
- Acknowledges all guests within five feet in a friendly manner
- Provides immediate responses to guests’ requests and inquiries
- Performs table quality check backs with servers
- Cleans tables and spills
- Pre-busses dishware as guests finish eating
- Removes plate and glassware after guest departure
- Resets tables promptly including silverware setup and cleanliness
- Collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
- Empties trash cans in the restaurant
- Ensures food handling and sanitation of work areas
- Accomplishes end-of-shift side work including stocking and preparing work areas
- Washes hands every 20 minutes
- Maintains clean and sanitized work areas
- Works with team members to ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed
- Supports other front of house functions
- Communicates positively with team members and management
- Provides exceptional service throughout the shift
- Works alone and with a team
- Multitasks in a fast-paced environment
