Job Duties

Provide knowledgeable, friendly and attentive service at all times
ongoing table and floor maintenance including clearing and cleaning tables and resetting with proper tableware
respond appropriately to guest requests or issues by communicating with management
assist in cleaning and polishing tableware and glassware
receive instruction from multiple sources and prioritize tasks
support team members to ensure guest satisfaction
keep bathrooms stocked and clean
sweep and clean debris from floor, mop as needed
recite basic menu knowledge and run food or drinks to tables if needed
stock, organize and prepare service related items
be knowledgeable of the brewery and its history
communicate respectfully with coworkers
adhere to grooming and dress code standards
