Job Duties
- Promptly clear and reset tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining space
- assist servers in delivering water, beverages, and food items as needed
- restock service stations with silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies
- support opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and equipment organization
- maintain cleanliness in guest areas, including floors, windows, and restrooms
- assist with guest requests and communicate needs to appropriate team members
- ensure all areas comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow
- other duties as assigned
