Job Requirements
- Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
- Follows all company policies including time recording requirements
- Interacts with guests to deliver high-level customer service
- Collaborates with team members to fulfill guests' needs promptly
- Adheres to safety and sanitation protocols
- Watches hands every 20 minutes throughout shift
- Maintains clean and sanitized work areas
- Supports other front-of-house functions as needed
- Positively communicates with management and team members
- Demonstrates ability to multitask and maintain quality service
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Able to bend, squat, and lift up to 30 lbs for short distances
- Manages communication effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is beneficial
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum age of 18 years, or as dictated by state law
Job Duties
- Assists hosts and hostesses with greeting and seating guests
- Assists servers with making and delivering non-alcoholic beverages
- Provides non-alcoholic drink refills to guests
- Runs food to and from guests ensuring proper food handling
- Greets all guests within five feet in a friendly manner
- Responds promptly to guests' requests and inquiries
- Performs table quality check backs to ensure guest satisfaction
- Cleans tables and spills throughout guests' visits
- Assists servers with pre-bussing dishware
- Removes plate and glassware after guests depart
- Resets tables promptly with proper silverware setup and cleanliness
- Collects bus tubs at quality assurance and server stations
- Empties trash cans in the restaurant
- Maintains proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- Completes end-of-shift side work and stocks work areas
