- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- no prior restaurant experience required as training is provided
- must be at least 18 years old

- clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
- support the dining room team to ensure smooth operations
- spot and assist with tasks that improve the guest experience
- stay organized and maintain a purposeful pace throughout the shift
- work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive environment
- uphold Cracker Barrel's hospitality standards
