Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CA Food Handler's Card
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift 20-50 lbs frequently
- Ability to handle stress well
- Positive attitude
- Ability to follow directions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform duties including bending, reaching, climbing
Job Qualifications

- Basic knowledge or ability to learn food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties
- Clears and cleans tables
- Interact with guests when approached
- Keep floor clean and free of debris
- Clean other parts of the restaurant as directed
- Interact in courteous and professional manner with guests, management and co-workers
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
- Work with dishwasher and kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dish areas
