Job Requirements

Complete scheduling flexibility, including holidays and weekends, based on the needs of the property
Prior high volume restaurant experience
Prior hotel/casino experience preferred
Able to lift heavy trays and move tables and chairs as needed
Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Exhibits a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
Ability to work under time pressure with a positive attitude
Must be a team player

Job Duties

Provide a comfortable environment for our guests
Function as an ambassador for the MotorCity Casino-Hotel
Clear tables after guests depart, taking silverware, dishes, and glassware to appropriate areas
Promptly clean table tops, chairs, booths and floor
Set up tables
Assist server with food delivery and other requests during peak periods
Respond appropriately to guest requests, communicating with servers if necessary
