Job Requirements
- Previous experience is not required, training provided
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system
- Ability to execute proper sanitation and safety procedures
- Have or obtain current Food Handler's Card as applicable
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, team environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, and assist guests in choosing items and answering questions
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and with delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
- Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bus dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed, including removing bus tubs from bar to kitchen
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Understand restaurant seating layout, server areas, and food delivery processes
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
- Assist with catering orders including delivery when applicable
