Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness by efficiently removing used tableware and clearing tables promptly
Clean tables, chairs, and booths between seatings
Regularly check and clean the floor, windows, and seat cracks
Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes and clean as needed
Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate with servers
Thank guests as they leave to enhance their experience
Work closely with servers and hostesses to ensure smooth seating arrangements and optimal table utilization
Assist servers with plate removal especially during busy times and large parties
Keep all Front of House areas clean and presentable
Be prepared to assist in other areas as needed to ensure smooth operation
