- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with bussing
- good communication skills

- willingness to adhere to health safety and cleanliness standards

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
- promptly and consistently resets all serviceware as prescribed
- maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware linen and condiments
- wipes down booths and chairs moves tables and chairs and cleans floors as necessary
- serves guests beverages breads and butter and replenishes as necessary
- assists servers with food and beverage service
- transports all dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area
