Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
TABC certified preferred
Tips Trained preferred
Food Handlers certification preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to push goods on hand carts weighing up to 150 lbs

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Organized and able to work with a sense of urgency
Strong customer service orientation seeking guest satisfaction
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and push goods on hand carts up to 150 lbs
TABC certified, Tips Trained, and Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Duties

Ensure that the entrance to the restaurant has someone there to greet guests at all times
Ensure that the front of the restaurant is spotless at all times
Check on every table to ensure it is clean, spotless and fully set up with all silverware and glassware spotless before guests are seated
Ensure chairs are free of crumbs and carpet is spotless
Check on guests to get feedback on meal quality and service, sharing any issues immediately with supervisor and manager
Schedule servers for breaks in conjunction with supervisor based on business volume
Assist in service by performing food runner and expeditor tasks such as relaying orders from wait staff to kitchen and ensuring kitchen follows ticket specifications
Perform all other duties as assigned
