Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TABC certified preferred
- Tips Trained preferred
- Food Handlers certification preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push goods on hand carts weighing up to 150 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Organized and able to work with a sense of urgency
- Strong customer service orientation seeking guest satisfaction
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and push goods on hand carts up to 150 lbs
- TABC certified, Tips Trained, and Food Handlers certification preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure that the entrance to the restaurant has someone there to greet guests at all times
- Ensure that the front of the restaurant is spotless at all times
- Check on every table to ensure it is clean, spotless and fully set up with all silverware and glassware spotless before guests are seated
- Ensure chairs are free of crumbs and carpet is spotless
- Check on guests to get feedback on meal quality and service, sharing any issues immediately with supervisor and manager
- Schedule servers for breaks in conjunction with supervisor based on business volume
- Assist in service by performing food runner and expeditor tasks such as relaying orders from wait staff to kitchen and ensuring kitchen follows ticket specifications
- Perform all other duties as assigned
