Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4-diamond hotel or restaurant environment
  • Must be "TIPS" certified
  • Ability to carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Previous experience with Micros point of sale system preferred
  • Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene
  • Ready to work and punctual
  • Comply with food handling standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a 4-diamond hotel or restaurant environment
  • TIPS certification
  • Knowledge of food handling standards
  • Familiarity with Micros point of sale system preferred
  • Ability to carry up to 30 pounds

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide extraordinary guest service at all times
  • Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and management to ensure seamless service
  • Buss and reset tables as required
  • Perform opening and closing side work including folding napkins, wiping and filling salt and pepper shakers, prepping butter, pickles, oil and vinegar bottles, stocking sugar caddies
  • Restock waiter stations and polish silverware, flatware, and glasses
  • Sweep and vacuum floors including under tables
  • Attend mandatory pre-shift meetings and training sessions
  • Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables
  • Empty trash and dirty linen receptacles
  • Refill ice bins and wine buckets
  • Restock refrigerators and supply coffee station
  • Clean restaurant areas as needed
  • Maintain professional, friendly, and courteous service throughout shift
  • Follow food handling standards and comply with all safety protocols
  • Remain in designated work area during shifts
  • Complete any other duties as assigned by management
