Job Requirements

  • Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length
  • Must possess manual ability to handle and serve food
  • Must have a valid health card or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain positive attendance record and punctuality
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety standards
  • Meet uniform and grooming standards
  • Maintain guest service philosophy and handle customer complaints
  • Understand and identify table assignments
  • Greet guests and serve water and bread promptly
  • Perform side-work as required
  • Complete end-of-shift procedures accurately
  • Buss, set, and reset tables quickly
  • Assist team members with station duties and side-work
