Job Requirements
- Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction
- must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours
- must possess manual ability to handle and serve food
- must have a valid health card or equivalent

Job Duties
- Follow all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Bus Person Training Manual
- maintain a positive attendance record including prompt arrival and minimal shift changes
- adhere to sanitation and safety standards maintaining a 90% or higher audit score
- meet uniform, appearance, and grooming standards
- maintain guest service standards with a low complaint ratio
- understand and identify table assignments accurately
- greet guests and serve water and bread within 3 minutes of seating
- perform side-work duties as specified
- follow end-of-shift checkout procedures with 100% accuracy
- bus, set, and reset tables within 3 minutes of guests leaving
- assist team members with additional duties when needed
