Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must pass background check and health screening
  • Must comply with all company uniform and grooming policies
  • Must maintain punctuality and attendance standards

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to read and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Capable of standing and moving quickly for up to four hours
  • Manual dexterity to handle and serve food
  • Possession of a valid health card or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Follow all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Bus Person Training Manual
  • Maintain a positive attendance record by arriving 10 minutes early and managing shift replacements appropriately
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety standards achieving a 90% or better audit score
  • Meet all uniform, appearance, and grooming standards
  • Uphold guest service philosophy and maintain low customer complaint ratios
  • Understand and execute the company table numbering system accurately
  • Greet guests promptly and serve water and bread within 3 minutes of seating
  • Perform side-work and complete end-of-shift procedures with 100% accuracy
  • Buss, set, and reset tables within 3 minutes after guests leave
  • Assist team members with their duties and side-work to maintain a positive team environment
