Job Requirements

Previous experience is not required - will train
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system and other applicable systems
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team work environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their dining or takeout experience, ensuring order accuracy
Identify menu items for takeout and catering and assist guests in selecting options
Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and coordinate with delivery drivers
Deliver exceptional hospitality and exceed guest expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station
Restock and maintain all restaurant stations
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout as needed
