Job Duties
- Works flexible shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays
- understands and applies hygiene and food safety rules
- prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, plates and utensils
- maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs
- supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations
- carries heavy trays and stands for long hours
- multitasks and remains calm and professional in fast-paced environment
