Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate the primary language of the work location
  • Able to be stationary for long periods and move within the kitchen and dining areas
  • Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 7 hours
  • Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Comfortable working in wet floors, extreme temperatures, and loud noise
  • Must maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room including tables, chairs, floors, windows, and restrooms
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Capable of resetting tables to company standards
  • Assist in maintaining dish area, parking lot, and green space
  • Run trash to dumpsters as necessary
  • Assist with mopping floors
  • Will perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Physical ability to perform required tasks consistently
  • Demonstrated honesty and integrity in prior roles

Job Duties

  • Communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace
  • Remain stationary for extended periods and move efficiently within kitchen and dining areas
  • Perform fast-paced mobility tasks for shifts lasting up to 7 hours
  • Bend, stoop, lift, and carry dish racks, pots, pans, and bus tubs weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining rooms, including tables, chairs, floors, windows, and restrooms
  • Collaborate as a team with all restaurant personnel
  • Reset tables properly according to company standards
  • Assist with maintaining dishwashing area, parking lot, and green spaces
  • Run trash to dumpsters as needed
  • Mop floors when required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
