- ability to stand for long periods
- capacity to perform manual labor including lifting heavy items

Job Duties
- clean and sanitize tables after guests leave
- clear dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables
- restock tables with clean silverware, placemats, and napkins
- sweep or vacuum floors and chairs to remove food spills
- empty trash cans and replace bags
- transport filled trash bags to dumpsters or compactors
- assist with washing dishes using dishwasher or hand washing
- mop spills in the dining or kitchen area
- help seat customers and serve drinks and appetizers during busy times
