Job Duties
- Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, service plates, and utensils
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs
- Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations
- Carries heavy trays and stands for long hours as required
- Follows hygiene and food safety rules consistently
- Multitasks and remains calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Works flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
