Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • No previous experience is needed
  • Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of guests
  • Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry
  • Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat on a frequent basis to receive and store stock, supplies and equipment as well as to work the line during service periods
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, vendors and guests

  • Ability to stand and move continuously for up to four hours
  • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge about the menu and products as acquired through training

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area including sweeping and wiping down tables
  • Reset tables with full sauce caddies
  • Assist in taking out garbage
  • Stock ice and supplies at the bar
  • Clean the bathrooms regularly
  • Pre-buss tables by clearing plates and glasses promptly upon guest approval
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and guests to ensure smooth service
