Job Duties
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- assist coworkers to ensure smooth service
- clean and sweep the dining room
- reset tables with full sauce caddies
- remove garbage
- stock ice in the bar
- clean bathrooms
- pre-buss tables by clearing dirty plates and glasses with guest approval
- wipe down tables and sweep floors to maintain clean seating
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
