Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables promptly to prepare for new guests
  • Assist servers by refilling beverages and delivering food as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas including sweeping and wiping down surfaces
  • Support the team by restocking supplies such as napkins, silverware, and condiments
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment
  • Provide friendly and prompt service to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient restaurant operations
