Job Requirements
- Entry level
- Ability to lift up to ten pounds constantly and up to fifty pounds occasionally
- Ability to lift from floor to shoulder frequently and overhead infrequently
- Ability to twist and reach frequently

- Ability to work in hot and cold environments for extended periods

- Frequent hand washing and sanitation
- Ability to use knives and slicing equipment as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

- Ability to safely handle and carry dishware and glassware
- Ability to work with cleaning supplies and dishwashing equipment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands for time and attention
Job Duties
- Exemplify Bar Louie's mission, vision and values in approach to each shift
- Demonstrate a maniacal commitment to cleanliness, sanitation and safety
- Take every opportunity to make eye contact with guests and make them feel welcome
- Be aware of potential safety hazards and assist with keeping floors swept and dry
- Look for opportunities to assist others by pre-bussing and bussing tables and the bar top
- Keep all surfaces cleaned and sanitized
- Throw away trash and keep bathrooms cleaned and stocked
- Practice responsible alcohol service at all times and involve manager as needed
- Support peers by running food and drinks and helping with side work
- Quickly complete opening and closing duties each shift ensuring team is set for success
- Follow all policies and processes communicated by manager or company
- Provide accurate availability, check schedule regularly and have consistent attendance
