Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for eight hours
- ability to walk or stand approximately 90 percent of the shift
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- knowledge of food and beverage service
- familiarity with point of sales systems
- ability to adhere to safety requirements
- effective communication in English
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a full-service, upscale restaurant

Job Duties
- Set up and clear tables
- stock all service stations
- assist servers with table service
- clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting
- reset all service-ware per table seating
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations
- serve guests with water and replenish as necessary
- complete designated side work
- practice cleanliness and safety in dining and storage areas
- transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- participate in staff and training meetings
- assist team members to promote teamwork
