Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for eight hours
  • ability to walk or stand approximately 90 percent of the shift
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • knowledge of food and beverage service
  • familiarity with point of sales systems
  • ability to adhere to safety requirements

Job Duties

  • Set up and clear tables
  • stock all service stations
  • assist servers with table service
  • clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting
  • reset all service-ware per table seating
  • maintain stock and cleanliness of stations
  • serve guests with water and replenish as necessary
  • complete designated side work
  • practice cleanliness and safety in dining and storage areas
  • transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
  • participate in staff and training meetings
  • assist team members to promote teamwork
