Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- basic literacy and numeracy skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- good physical health and stamina
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- good physical stamina and ability to carry heavy items
- strong communication and people skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- friendly and prompt service attitude
Job Duties
- Clean tables after guests leave
- clear dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware
- wipe down and sanitize tables
- sweep or vacuum floors and chairs
- supply tables with new silverware, placemats, and napkins
- empty trash cans and replace bags
- assist with dishwashing and storing clean dishes
- mop spills in kitchen and dining room
- help seat customers and serve drinks and appetizers during busy times
