Job Requirements
- No previous experience required as training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system and other applicable systems
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items for takeout and catering and assist guests with menu questions
- Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and/or with delivery drivers ensuring order accuracy
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
