Job Requirements

No previous experience required as training will be provided
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, POS system and other applicable systems
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
Understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items for takeout and catering and assist guests with menu questions
Review orders with guests at pick-up or delivery and/or with delivery drivers ensuring order accuracy
Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed
Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
