Job Duties

  • Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
  • understand the restaurant menu to identify menu items and assist guests in choosing
  • review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers to ensure accuracy
  • deliver exceptional hospitality to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations
  • clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bus dishes to kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed
  • restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
  • understand restaurant seating layout and assist in delivering food within the restaurant
  • serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
