Job Requirements
- No previous experience required as training is provided
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, and POS system
- Ability to follow sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card where applicable
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and menu items is helpful

Job Duties
- Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
- Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items and guide guests
- Review orders with guests or delivery drivers to ensure accuracy
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
- Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables and bus dishes to the kitchen
- Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
- Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
