Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system and other applicable systems
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

  • Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
  • Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing menu items, and answer questions
  • Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery driver ensuring order accuracy
  • Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding expectations
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher station and resetting tables as needed
  • Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
  • Understand restaurant seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant
  • Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
