Job Requirements

Work experience as a busser, food runner or other entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus
Minimum 18 years of age
Ability to access online scheduling apps
Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays
Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, lift at least 25 pounds and move continuously during shifts

Job Duties

Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
Place tableware and condiments on tables
Remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed
Clean and reset tables after guests leave
Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
Maintain menu presentation by keeping menus clean and replacing damaged pages
Remove courses as completed and replenish utensils and beverages
Support wait staff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and bus stations
Close dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping or vacuuming floors, removing trash and recyclables
Participate in team member training opportunities
Accept ownership for accomplishing new requests and adding value to job accomplishments
