Job Requirements
- Work experience as a busser, food runner or other entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to access online scheduling apps
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, lift at least 25 pounds and move continuously during shifts

Job Duties
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- Place tableware and condiments on tables
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish as needed
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
- Maintain menu presentation by keeping menus clean and replacing damaged pages
- Remove courses as completed and replenish utensils and beverages
- Support wait staff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and bus stations
- Close dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping or vacuuming floors, removing trash and recyclables
- Participate in team member training opportunities
- Accept ownership for accomplishing new requests and adding value to job accomplishments
