Job Duties
- Set tables including tablecloth flatware china and centers
- Clear tables and reset quickly
- Greet guests with coffee juice and bread
- Stock stations with linen and maintain cleanliness
- Check and polish glassware and silver
- Stock clean silverware
- Keep ice bins full and clean
- Make coffee and maintain pots
- Stock coffee cups and saucers
- Maintain stock of B & Bs caddies creamers and clean towels
- Carry dirty dishes to dishwasher and unload racks
- Clean spills especially near ice bins
- Offer and describe desserts to guests
- Provide coffee and tea service
- Close side work by cleaning restocking and refilling condiments
- Set up and break down special events and buffets including moving furniture
- Set up food on buffet tables and transport from kitchen
- Assist servers during meal service
- Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety health and general policies and procedures
