Job Duties
- Set tables including tablecloth, flatware, china and centers
- Clear tables and reset at a quick pace
- Greet guests immediately upon seating with beverages and bread
- Stock stations including linens and maintain cleanliness
- Check and polish glassware and silverware
- Stock clean silverware
- Maintain ice bins full and properly organized
- Make coffee and ensure pots are full and polished
- Stock coffee cups and saucers checking cleanliness
- Maintain stock of B & B's, caddies, creamers and towels
- Carry trays of dirty dishes to dishwasher and unload
- Clean up spills immediately especially near ice bins
- Offer desserts to guests describing them clearly
- Provide coffee and tea service
- Close side work by cleaning area and restocking supplies
- Set-up and break down special events and buffets
- Assist servers throughout meal service
- Comply with all company safety, health and general policies
