Job Requirements
- Previous bussing experience preferred
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
- Must be guest-oriented
- Must adhere to appearance standards including no visible tattoos piercings or unnatural hair colors
- Ability to stand walk use hands reach climb balance stoop kneel crouch crawl talk and hear
- Specific vision abilities including close distance color peripheral depth perception and focus

Job Duties
- Stock and maintain bus dish cart station ensuring supplies silverware dishes and paper products are available
- Perform opening duties to prepare a clean well organized station with proper supply levels
- Remove unused settings clear dirty dishes provide beverage refills as requested pre-bus tables throughout shift
- Greet guests warmly assist food servers with guest service and seat guests when host is absent
- Clear and reset tables promptly cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and setting tables according to company standards
- Use trays or bus tubs to clear tables and deliver beverages
- Transport dishes from bus station to dishwashing area sorting and separating items according to guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned station including floors walls chairs tables and empty trash cans routinely checking for discarded items
- Be familiar with menus and restaurant policies to answer guests questions
