Job Requirements

- Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to use hands and arms for various tasks
- Must adhere to grooming standards with no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
- Available to work swing shifts
- Ability to maintain guest-focused attitude
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Stock and maintain bus/dish cart station
- Perform assigned opening duties ensuring a clean and well-organized station
- Remove unused settings and clear dirty dishes promptly
- Assist Food Servers with guest service including drink refills
- Greet and seat guests when host/hostess is not available
- Clear and reset tables quickly after guest departure
- Use tray/bus tub at all times to clear tables and deliver beverages
- Transport dishes to dishwashing area and sort according to guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of station including floors, walls, chairs, and tables
- Empty and clean trash cans regularly
- Familiarize with menus and restaurant policies to answer guest questions
