Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Must adhere to grooming standards, no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work swing shift hours

Job Qualifications

Ability to lift and transport tubs of dishes and silverware up to 50 pounds
Use a tray/bus tub to clear tables and deliver beverages
Transport dishes from bus station to dishwashing area
Sort and separate silverware, dishes, and glassware according to guidelines
Maintain thorough housekeeping before, during, and after shift
Must be guest-oriented

Job Duties

Stock and maintains bus/dish cart station
Ensures necessary supplies, silverware, dishes, and paper products are available
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the bus station area
Performs assigned opening duties to ensure a clean and well-organized station
Ensures dining room is guest ready
Removes unused settings and clears dirty dishes
Provides beverage refills as requested
Pre-busses tables throughout shift
Greets and assists guests
Seats guests when host/hostess not present
Clears and resets tables quickly
Cleans table surfaces and ensures sanitation
Uses tray/bus tub to clear tables and deliver beverages
Transports dishes to dishwashing area
Sorts and separates silverware, dishes, and glassware
Maintains housekeeping of station including floors, walls, chairs, and tables
Empties and cleans trash cans
Checks for and retrieves discarded tableware and utensils
Answers guests' questions regarding menus and policies
