Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- adherence to grooming standards including no visible tattoos, piercings or unnatural hair colors
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- basic customer service skills
- flexibility to work swing shifts
- must be able to use a tray or bus tub effectively

Job Duties
- Stock and maintain bus/dish cart station
- perform assigned opening duties to ensure a clean and well-organized station
- remove unused settings and clear dirty dishes
- provide water, coffee, ice tea, and soda refills as requested
- pre-bus tables by removing excess dishes
- greet tables promptly with a warm greeting
- assist food servers with guest service
- greet and seat guests when host/hostess is not present
- clear and reset tables quickly after guest departure
- clean table surfaces and ensure sanitation
- use tray/bus tub at all times to clear tables and deliver beverages
- transport dishes from bus station to dishwashing area
- sort and separate silverware, dishes, and glassware according to guidelines
- maintain thorough housekeeping before, during, and after shifts
- empty and clean restaurant trash cans
- check trash cans for discarded tableware and kitchen utensils
- be familiar with menus and restaurant policies to answer guest questions
