Job Requirements
- prior experience strongly preferred
- must be able to lift, maneuver, and carry up to 40 pounds
- must be able to stand and or walk for duration of shift
- must be able to carry and serve beverages using a hand-held tray
- must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and or certifications

Job Duties
- greet guests seated in assigned station
- receive and fulfill or refill drink orders from guests
- remove dishes from tables and place in plastic bus tub in a timely manner
- set up tables according to established standards
- transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area
- maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas
