- prior restaurant experience preferred fine dining or steakhouse

Job Duties
- make sure all areas are clean and free of debris
- maintains a constant flow of dirty dishes, glassware and silverware to kitchen and provides all clean supplies to dining room
- maintain tables throughout service, clearing dishes between courses and empty glassware as necessary
- must possess a pleasant personality
- maintains required levels of supplies in the dining room
- assists other employees in their duties as needed or as assigned by supervisor or manager
- meticulously cleans dining room tables and booths
- empties all garbage
- acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same
- responds to common inquiries or complaints from customers and employees
- adheres to all department and company policies and procedures
- provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting
- promotes Harrah's and always projects Harrah's in a positive light to guests
- performs all related duties as assigned
