Job Requirements
- Must adhere to all grooming standards
- No visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Must be guest-focused and attentive to detail

- Ability to lift and transport tubs of dishes and silverware up to 50 lbs

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and menu knowledge

Job Duties
- Stock and maintain bus and dish cart station
- Ensure necessary supplies, silverware, dishes, and paper products are available
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bus station area
- Perform assigned opening duties for a well-organized station
- Ensure the dining room is in guest-ready condition
- Remove unused settings and clear dirty dishes
- Provide water, coffee, ice tea, and soda refills upon request
- Pre-bus tables by removing excess dishes throughout the shift
- Approach tables with a warm greeting
- Assist food servers with guest service
- Greet and seat guests when host/hostess is not present
- Clear and reset tables quickly as guests depart
- Clean table surfaces and ensure proper sanitation
- Set tables according to company standards
- Use tray or bus tub to clear tables and deliver beverages
- Transport dishes to dishwashing area
- Sort and separate silverware, dishes, and glassware
- Maintain housekeeping practices including floors, walls, chairs, and tables
- Empty and clean restaurant trash cans
- Check trash cans for discarded tableware and utensils
- Be familiar and proficient with menus and restaurant policies
- Answer guest questions regarding menu and policies
