Job Requirements
- Open availability for AM shifts starting around 6:00am
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
- Basic English proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Minimum six months experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant
- Previous experience as a busser or barback in a restaurant, bar or lounge
- Food handlers certification
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant and hotel experience highly preferable
Job Duties
- Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water
- Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
- Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations
- Assist food servers with table service, including serving beverages and breads
- Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge area
