Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in an upscale bar, lounge, or restaurant
- basic food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
- reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- ability to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
- ability to prioritize and multi-task
- ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Sunday shift is required
- ability to lift food trays and plates weighing up to 30 lbs
- ability to push and pull tables and chairs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Deliver food from kitchen to guests ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware in an unobtrusive manner
- assist bar staff in maintaining cleanliness and organization
- lift trays and plates weighing up to 30 lbs
- push and pull tables and chairs as required
- prioritize and multitask effectively in a high-volume operation
- maintain composure and cope with stress in a busy environment
