Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in an upscale bar, lounge, or restaurant
  • basic food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
  • reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
  • ability to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
  • ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Sunday shift is required
  • ability to lift food trays and plates weighing up to 30 lbs
  • ability to push and pull tables and chairs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver food from kitchen to guests ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware in an unobtrusive manner
  • assist bar staff in maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • lift trays and plates weighing up to 30 lbs
  • push and pull tables and chairs as required
  • prioritize and multitask effectively in a high-volume operation
  • maintain composure and cope with stress in a busy environment
