Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service roles is a plus
  • Must have the ability to communicate in English
  • Physically able to grasp, lift, carry, or otherwise transport up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart or truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance

  • Must communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
  • Strong teamwork and willingness to assist co-workers
  • Basic knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
  • Excellent guest interaction skills
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
  • Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed
  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
  • Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
  • Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
  • Perform any other job related duties as assigned
